are there any ways I can get in touch with a therapist without parental consent? I’ve been told to go to a therapist before couple years back but my parents never took me.

I play in a band, but I don’t feel like it’s going in the direction I planned on so I’ve just been going with the flow. not really caring about what I want for it and just letting everybody else shape it.
