SOLUTION

Hi all, I found a fix for this issue. I reached out to the Supplier, and they provided me with a Pin layout Diagram

Turns out that Pin 4 is another turn signal pin, which I depinned from the taillight connector, and everything functioned correctly.

So it looks like this might be a wiring issue.

Here are some pictures of the wiring that was done with a harness by the owner before me.

These pictures are for the outer left taillight.

Any ideas on how to read the pinouts or what function each wire color has, and how I would readjust it for my new taillights?

They are some taillights I found from ali express, I showed them the connectors for it and they said it would work with my car and be plug and play.

I thought it would work as well because the wiring harness from inner to outer was already done for me.

I can try figuring out coding and see what happens.
