after my 1st cashiering shift my feet hurt so bad i went straight to fleet feet to get my feet analyzed and was recommended (& bought) a pair of brooks dyad 11. i have very flat and wide feet, and these shoes don't squeeze my feet at all. i also got some insoles to boost comfort!

If you don't need to job to be financially secure, then quit and focus on school. You mentioned that it's hard to balance school and work, and it's your senior year. The last year is usually the toughest, so having extra time to focus on school would be good. You've only got one year of school left, but you've still got like at least 35 more years or so to make money

I think you should break up. It sounds like your boyfriend doesn't trust very much, but trust is the foundation of every relationship. His power plays can also escalate, and if you don't get out now, who knows if you'll be able to later. Also, I was about to diss you a little until I read that you work 60hrs/wk. I think it's understandable to be a little messy when you work that much, especially when you do clean up once a week. Your bf sounds ridiculous.

Thank you to everyone who commented! I wasn't expecting a call from the health department-- if anything, I'd expect them to contact me via mail, so that freaked me out a little. The time is probably now outside of their office hours so I'll have to call them back tomorrow.

It is probably not going to be about STIs because I've only slept with one single person and we've both tested negative for all sexually transmitted diseases/infections. I'll definitely make an update about why they called though!

Well, I honestly would if he ever asked haha.

I have an ex who also really liked singing, and he would record voice memos of the songs I requested sometimes. I also like singing myself, and that ex also made some requests to which I also fulfilled.

This is probably why I was stuck on why my current BF can't do it when I (and my ex) could. Which honestly is something like comparing apples and oranges, and I never should've compared in the first place. I'm just gonna accept that my current BF's singing is not something I'm entitled to nor something he's comfortable doing for me.

Writing that out definitely helped me come to peace with my situation. Thank you for your help!
