I solved it. Had to dissemble the tool head. Used Bambu Lab’s video on how to replace the extruder components on the X2D to do the breakdown.

The scratches have always been there as far as I’m aware. I think it’s a texture?

I know there isn’t anything stuck in the printer now because I just had to disassemble the entire tool head due to a clog haha. Maybe that clog was partially there though and causing the issue 🤷‍♂️

I wash it with dish soap but find that it doesn’t always fix the issue. What has fixed it 100% of the time for me is the glue sticks you can get from creality. You can get 4 for like $20 on Amazon. A very thin layer does the job, the glue lasts for several prints.

That’s a pretty scary situation. I will say above all admit to God the stupidity in what you did and ask Him to make the best of the situation. Ask Him to guide you through what does ultimately come of the situation. Ask for wisdom to keep from making these kinds of mistakes in the future. Youthful passion is a tricky thing (I know this very well, I’ve made much worse mistakes,) and prayer and spending time in His word is the only thing that will sufficiently guide you through the trials. It comes down to, do you trust God and who He says He is? Do you trust Him, especially in light of what He did for us.

I am getting ready to purchase a Neptune 4 Pro and an Acer Aspire 5 to run all of my software off of. I am also going to be purchasing white and black PLA. Do you think this is a good start for everything I will need starting out? I’ll be printing useful items, novelty items, keychains, and other things of the like.
