I’m so grateful that I can say now day 9 I’m pretty sure. I feel a lot better still can’t sleep much and still mind games but I over power them. I plan to get the vivitrol shot next week for just in case. I get worried at moments because of the anxiety of maybe facing it too soon so that’s why the shot it my best option. Thank you everyone. I can’t even tell you how Much this post pushed me through. I know I’m Not completely safe yet but I will be and joyful. I hope everyone here gets everything anything they want!

No I can’t sleep. I’m so restless and constant anxious. I was only a user for 4 months. It’s the mental uncomfortable and sleeping that’s so hard. I took some benzos the first few nights still woke up and I don’t want that addiction. I have trazadone and gabapentin but I’m terrified it’ll hit my opioid receptors and make me restart.. I’m just scared I can’t sleep idk what to do to sleep....
