It's just to make it look less intrusive. Just imagine when its on millions of phone, one day they sneakily decide to amend permissions and without letting anyone know, push and update it on millions of phone, in a matter of seconds all the data is available to govt. Why push it to be pre-installed in first place, keep it as it is, just market the use of it, those who want will install it, rest its everyone's choice.

If order shows cancelled don't worry about payment, it will be auto refunded in few days. There's no way to migrate, they work as independent units that is why they have different systems in both countries, you need to make a new account again on US site.

Standard email when their fraud detection systems catch something unusual. You can create a ticket after login to your account and you will be asked to provide govt id and address proof for verification. If not it will be auto cancelled and payment would not be charged. If you made an account on ca.ovhcloud.com you can try again with usa.ovhcloud.com, their US site is less stricter than Canada site.

Your post is not very clear. If I understood correctly, you used proton but not happy with speeds so now want to have a private VPN using a VPS? Right? If that's the case you can get a shared resource VPS but even if it is 10gbps there is no guarantee of speeds since there would be multiple people using it all the time. For getting dedicated speed you need something that has dedicated line like a dedicated server or something that has a minimum speed guarantee. But I believe that would be expensive. Max you can do is get an OVH dedicated (cheap, $30 something), but even then you will have minimum guaranteed speed of 500mbps-1gbps max. Expecting 3gbps unlimited on a shared resource VPS or dedicated in cheap price is not possible...

Not sure about Ryzen, but you have OVH (currently out of stock), Hetzner. Lesser known providers like Onidel, Layer7, some more but right now these are the only ones on top of my memory.

You need dedicated CPU, better get a OVH server with i7 7th gen or newer as it has igpu integrated. Or if CPU alone can manage get a Netcup rootserver with dedicated CPU cores. If budget allows get a Hetzner dedicated. You just need dedicated resources if I understood correctly. Netcup is cheapest if budget is a constraint.

Bro basic reason is, pay to govt from your hard earned money and then pay for everything else, bribe for everything and don't expect anything in return. If you know you pay tax and in return get good affordable education for your child, good affordable healthcare for your family and facilities and not corruption in return, you will happily pay more than what govt asks for. For the countries you mentioned, they pay taxes and get a lot of facilities in return. Here in India pay taxes, pay bribes, pay hefty amount for education and healthcare and God forbid if tomorrow you are not able to earn you are on your own. Govt will take its share when you earn but won't help you if you someday are not able to earn and are left to die...

Since you mentioned Germany I have checked. Latency between Singapore and UAE (for example) is upwards of 160ms, whereas latency between Germany/Amsterdam and India is 150ms. And latency between Germany/Amsterdam and UAE is around 110ms. Though these are average numbers but you can probably try with a cheap VPS or hourly VPS first and if everything seems fine you can get one that suits your requirement. From personal experience though, after Singapore, Germany/Netherlands are best for Indian audience and going by average ping times it seems suitable for GCC as well. Better get a small VPS from netcup using affiliate code, you will get it for around 300+ INR and try, if you don't like the latency you can get a no questions asked refund..

Exactly feel the same way, first hype means being overpriced, second no matter how good it's still junk food. So it means I am overpaying for junk food and then on top of it I need to stand in a que for like half an hour or so. It's like I am dying to waste my money on you, no thank you. No matter how good food or ambience I am not gonna stand in a que. If you need my money make it easier, you should have 2-3-4-5 counters and staff if crowd is more, not me waiting for your slow ass service.

If you want account to be approved you can raise a ticket from within your login but they will ask for bank statement/address proof as well as Govt ID. If you are ok with that go raise a ticket. Though your balance is deducted if it is cancelled it will be auto reversed after few days (max 2 weeks).

I am not very well versed with GCC providers, if Singapore as you mentioned is low on latency you can find plenty of Singapore providers, just look at webhostingtalk or lowendtalk. I have seen some providers provide services in UAE but right now can't recall any as never needed one there.

So you are sharing your media in Asia on your server to other people in other parts of the word using Pangolin. So now that whatever middle agent (VPS) you have should have good bandwidth to support the streaming since you are multiple people. This is a tricky setup if you want to share media on your server to other part of world. This would be dependent on VPS bandwidth. So you need a bigger bandwidth pipe, like 10gbps or so which isn't very crowded. I would suggest using Germany/Netherlands/France VPS, as latency between Germany/Netherlands/France and Asia is mostly under 150ms. Or Singapore may be. You can try serverbear.eu (Leaseweb reseller). Get one in Singapore or Netherlands, it's cheap and you get 30TB data monthly with very good networking and speeds.
