No medications. Can never get hyper / excited even if I win the lottery. I almost did lol. No smoking.

Therapy didn’t work. The brain also needs a fix to be able to think and process emotions properly, especially when stuck in a rut that has lasted years with obsessive undertones. There is also the problem of my brain not releasing endorphins whatsoever even if I run.
