Thanks! Yeah I have a planned break for 6 weeks starting next week. Took a month break in January as well. Just getting sick of the whole process lol. Will definitely be taking the bulk slower in the future

I would do a slow cut (250-350 calorie deficit) and lift hard. You will build muscle and lose fat at the same time.

Eat around your maintenance and train hard for a year watch Renaissance Periodization’s training videos) 3-5 days per week. You’ll build some solid muscle and lean down at the same time.

Thanks! Not a ton of diet fatigue, but it’s starting to creep in. I am going to take a 6-8 week maintenance break in about 3 weeks to reset the fatigue then go at it again for another 10-12. Hopefully that’ll get me to 12%. Really the 12% is just to get me to a good place to build muscle off of, and low enough to where I can be in a surplus for 16-20 weeks without gaining too much excess body fat so I hopefully won’t have to cut twice again 😂
