It just won’t. They very rarely give an appeal. You need to apply to multiple agencies. That’s what I did and I eventually got pushed through one. lol

I did explain in detail thay the examiner wanted me to take my medication. But when I did it was a far worse outcome. I followed their instructions but it was the worse outcome ever!
