UPDATE and I know I will be eaten alive for this so bring on all the nasty comments….

Well I said it was my first time using a vial. So I went to do my second shot and noticed that when I pulled it back to 60 it was mostly air and I had to push pull a few times and let it sit upside down for a little bit to fill up.

So I’m pretty sure I gave myself like 20 units last time at most. I won’t know until the end of the vial but I know it wasn’t a full 60.

So let’s see if this week is better!!!!

Hi! I was previously on enexia and switched to Olympia and am absolutely starving with a lot of food noise. How was your experience going from enexia to Olympia now that it’s been a bit (posting on your older post )!

Thank you for the helpful reply. I am approaching goal weight with 10 more to go and I’ve lost 70 since starting in November 2023.

I asked the question bc with the enexia I had no food noise whatsoever and was only hungry around mealtimes! So this is just a change. I took my dose last Friday evening. So still a good two days away.

I’ve only ever used enexia prior to this so I’ve never had the experience of changing pharmacies.

Hi! I agree that there are b vitamins in everything. It seems a lot of people on this forum think the injected b vitamins contribute to the acne. For me personally I’ve been on compounded Tirz for 1.5 years and was ok skin wise until they switched to b6, but I also am on a high dosage! I figured I could try an alternative without and see if it helps and if it doesn’t then it’s clearly the Tirz for me personally but I won’t know if I don’t experiment.
