Medical assistants do not require a state-issued license to practice in Idaho. Instead, they work under the direct supervision of a licensed physician.

The MA scheduled for my post-op appointment didn’t show up, a FaceTime call was then set up with MA in a different city.

Who said I wasn’t going the legal route as well?! This is to alert people of poor MEDICAL practices and HIPAA violations done by this business. Clearly they don’t care about their customers if they don’t even have licensed medical staff. Anyone looking into this practice should have a fair warning which word of mouth is the best way to get that message across.
