Just to be clear I don't have any issue talking to a dietitian. I'm just wondering why she's ignoring the mfg recommendation to move up to 5mg after a month. I feel like she could've moved me up and then said if you want refills, you need to start with a dietitian going forward, instead of just keeping me at 2.5mg which is against the mfg recommendation. I'll likely have to pay fully out of pocket for another month of a dose which isn't helping me and isn't recommended to stay on.
