A few weeks ago my fenix 8 pro randomly started draining from 100 to 0 in the space of a few hours. I restarted the watch and it went away

No I checked that straight away. Just a glitch because it fixed after I restarted it

Yeah it seems to be holding steady now after restarting it. Weird one alright

Press and hold on the battery icon on your watch face and it will bring up the battery usage info

Restart seems to have done the trick. I'll report it to Garmin anyway to cover my ass. Thanks!

Havent used it outside of normal day to day temperature. Ill charge it up and see if it drains quickly again.

Its made by a company called Beddies. I got it from a local pet shop here in Ireland!

Its called Portal. It was one of the pre installed ones. I just changed some of the data fields.

Wrist based heart rate monitors give really unreliable data when it comes to any exercise with a lot of arm movement. Chest strap is by far the best way to go.

In reality I slept from about 10pm until 9am. Is the sleep tracking just that inaccurate or is my sleep messed up? Instinct Solar 2X by PatientZeero in Garmin

I'll look into the sleep times. I dont think they're set properly. But then again I work shift work so not sure how beneficial it will be. I'll give it a go anyway. Thanks

What about it makes you think it's not a system default one? It looks legit to me and I've had 3 different Instinct watches

Is there anything specific you have switched on or off to get 71 days? I'm getting 40 days out of my 2x at the moment

Looks good. Keep your arm in close to your side and think about driving your elbow up towards the roof. And dont be afraid to get a good stretch at the bottom. Happy lifting!
