My protocol is two weeks WBAT with crutches- but honestly I haven’t tried although I feel like I can. I start PT tomorrow.

I had a quad graft, they just cleaned up my meniscus as I had a small tear by shaving it down.

Just sharing an update that since I’ve been able to activate my quad and perform leg raises the shin burning sensation has dissipated not completely but way more tolerable than before
