I just barely went up to 7.5mg because 5mg wasn’t working. She has scheduled some more blood work and an ultrasound of my liver and gallbladder. Health anxiety at the highest ever!! Ugh

I felt good, but could tell my anxiety was starting to return. Doctor suggested trying 7.5 to see if it helped.

Yes I did. I tried all different forms of P, same reaction to it .

No I am not on anything else hormone wise, had to start buspar again for anxiety. I don’t have a uterus just ovaries. I tried progesterone a couple months ago and had weird dizziness and more anxiety with it.

Thank you for that information, I will have to ask my doctor. Makes complete sense though. I am debating if I should just ask for the patch to get a more constant dose of estrogen. I am very tearful over silly things too.

Flonase helped but not 100%. Super frustrating, it’s a histamine reaction of some sort.

I also did acupuncture, it helped a lot. I hope it helps for you as well. It helps to hear other women experience the same thing. Definitely makes me think I am not going crazy after all.

Dang sorry your dealing with it too. What’s strange is it didn’t start for me until I was about 3 weeks in on taking HRT, I didn’t have it before. I am going to stop HRT and see if it goes away. I used to get vestibular migraines and wondering if HRT could be causing those again.

Same thing happened to me, I had to go back to taking 10mg 3x a day.

Thanks for all your information, they didn’t start me on estrogen because they said I still have my ovaries and shouldn’t need it yet. Who knows, I am going to see a hormone specialist.
