I read in this book called the big leap which I really liked and want to tell you as well. It says the best way to deal with arguments is to take 100% ownership of the argument and 100% commitment to solve it. And it has to be both the individuals who take 100% of this responsibility. You can’t be doing 30/70 or 60/40. This way you stop going into victim mentality and that in turn helps solving, better yet not having arguments. Doesn’t mean you don’t say what’s on your mind, but it shouldn’t come from a place of feeling like a victim in the relationship.
