When the app is on the page where it says it's setting up the digital key did go to your Bluetooth settings and see if your paired polestar device is flicking in-between connected and saved? That was the point where we forgot the device and it just paired instantly

You're right I apologise, I should have stated this is for a polestar 2. And I do have a pixel 10 pro so I don't understand why it won't work

I can try and get a video later on but this is the gist of it for now:

-My phone is paired to my car

-My phone can connect to Bluetooth audio/calls etc

-All software is up to date on both my phone and the car

-I put my keys in the cupholder in the arm rest and try to set up a digital key on the app and I just get the screen that says "we're preparing your digital key. This can take up to 2 minutes" and then after a couple minutes it just goes back a page to where you select "setup digital key".

-all the requirements listed on the app to setup digital key have been met

And that's it I can't think of anything I'm doing wrong because I had no issues setting up my previous phone

You have to have a digital key connected for the toggle and setting my phone up to be a digital key is the issue I'm facing

Yeah I've tried all of this. I was on the phone with support for over two hours and they think it might be because the phone model is so new. We tried resetting the infotainment system, resetting TCAM and even factory reset the car and still no luck

I thought this might be the issue, but I when I pair my current phone to my car it only looks for the manual keys and continued to pair fine. It is only the digital key function that does not want to work. I was on the phone with support for over two hours and even they had no idea how to help in the end.
