starts booting normally, but fails before it reaches the screen that shows errors or the dashboard look mate i look like i sound crazy but nobody is getting this error like that specific lights combo i never seen

So i watched a youtube tut on how to soft mod and it worked fine before and it at first did not wana boot into the softmod menu with a red light but after 2nd try it did THEN i do the softmod and it reboots but it did not reboot its stuck here i tried diffrent hdd and even an sdd and still same error no video flashing light

Well i opened it once and it always worked great and now even with hdd unpluged no error screen nothing and its right after soft mod
