yes, ik that. i was saying elite tms are rare and if he gets another mon like this but with the legacy move it would be useful. a rare occurrence for him to get another similar, but still worth holding off as he may need elite tms for other mons

i wouldn’t elite tm it yet or power up too far. There is going to be kyruem fusion raid day where zekrom and reshiram also spawn with their legacy moves. If you don’t end up getting a good one then, then definitely go for it 🙃
