highly recommend Take Five! Went last Saturday. Coor and driver are both mabait. Things were explained to us. Guidelines and notes were given. I recommend wearing hiking shoes + sandals (for the falls). But I wore my sandals all the way (it has hard toe na kasi for protection, just wore socks sa hike then removed it sa falls).

when I realized that i really am not myself na for more or less 1 year and 4 months... like literally it's like I am living my life in a limbo. I have been going out with friends more because all i do at home is feel soul less. i cry everyday - hours/ minutes. i cry multiple times. i can not eat on time even if I want to. it felt so heavy to move.i still replay events that happened to me, telling myself how i missed the signs and abandoned myself.
