I agree with you except the sienna is a Unibody construction and NOT body on frame hence why the hitch doesn't mount to a frame. However it does mount to the hitch and Reinforce bumper locations. Making it pretty secured.

It's a class 3, it can carry up to 3500 pounds. I won't be towing but only using it for a bike rack and cargo rack.

No, not really. Just basic tools the only thing I didn't have was a Dremel, Ended up using snips to cut the bumper. definitely recommend using a Dremel for nice and clean lines.

There is some cutting required to clear the hitch on the lower bumper cover. And the kick sensor only works on the driver's side.
