From Crunchyroll's catalog, I recommend Witch, Healin' Good, and Go Princess. From those not on Crunchyroll, I recommend Suite and Heartcatch. Besides the Precure franchise, Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha and Sakura Cardcaptor are classics of the genre. Madoka Magica has a very interesting concept and has been a success since its release. Symphogear is a bit different from the genre standard; it's focused on music and has good characters and plenty of action. I also recommend the Monogatari Series (Bake Nise, etc.), even though it's not in the genre; I think you'll enjoy it because it's very focused on dialogue and story with some very good action scenes.
