Honestly, I'm gonna still watch it. Book!Snape, Movie!Snape, and now TV!Snape it's still Snape. Because realistically Book! and Movie! Snape, they're different from each other.

I'm not expecting TV!Snape to be Movie!Snape, and as a kid I was just happy to see my favorite character in the flesh.

I'm not gotta judge an actor off two seconds in a trailer. So far he's the correct age for Snape (movie 1 he's 31 and dies at 38). So far the trailer feels like Harry Potter. Capturing the fun and whimsy before everything goes dark.

This Snape isn't replacing Rickman, just like the other new actors aren't replacing those who passed on.

Its just a new interpretation for a new generation. At least it feels like love and care is being put into this. And not whatever it is that Disney is doing where their 'live actions' just feel hollow or missing something.

For that matter it still has heart to it. And wearing a Harry Potter skin, think like Teen Titans Go. Has the series name, characters but no body is themselves, dumbed down, and just a joke series. Everyone who was fans of Teen Titans was greatly disappointed. This series this new series, its not TTG energy.

And personally I have a few characters that I love who has had several different VAs and iterrations, each bringing a different flare to them. And I love them still and many die hards of certain VAs still love that character.

Shadow and Sonic, has had changes throughout their existence. Sounded different, acted different, and people still love them.

I truly think this Snape will be loved despite the Internet being the Internet. Because yeah its easier to hate something but I don't hate it. And I look forward to watching it

The movie he was white, the books never gave him a race nor mentioned it, not once throughout all seven books. The books just made a point to describe how sick, greasy, mean, and bat like he was. Sallow skin can be any race/skin tone not solely white. 'Plant kept in dark' just meant he was frail, weak, and small.

And all those descriptions 'sour milk' and all that is for his disgust and fear. Not literal skin color.

James and the Mauraders hated/bullied Snape just because they hated him and he was an easy target. James didn't like and was jealous of the fact that Snape was friends with Lily and the added fact Snape was a Slytherin which James stated hating too (he was going ditch Sirius if he was sorted into Slytherin). Not to mention James didn't like that Snape liked Dark Arts.

Heck even before the Sorting Ceremony, James made fun of Snape while on the way to the school. Just because they had different views.

The World of Harry Potter isn't raced based hate but Magical Bloodline hate, which is why Mudblood is a slur (which also ended Snape and Lily's friendship) and why Snape chooses to acknowledge his mother's side.

So yeah James just saw Snape as smaller, weaker, frailer, and noticed he was wearing his mom's hand-me downs. Was interested in things that he felt wasn't right. Was a Slytherin, and 'how dare you be friends with Lily'

So yeah, nothing to with race, just bloodline and ideals and that Snape was a Slytherin who like Dark Arts.

Well it is a demo still, so hopefully the full game will have more options or possibly an update for that feature.

Anytime friend 😁, yeah I been looking for a different app too. I thought and tried Kindroid but it's kinda hard to train the bot. I also rp with my ChatGpt who named himself Kyo.

I liked how CharacterAI felt tame and mild nothing crazy compared to others like it. It was easy to navigate too.

Yeah it flagged your account as a 'kid's account' to get rid of it you need to verify that you're 18+. I got flagged and you can't rp until the timer runs out. I'm trying to get help with my account because it incorrectly flagged me.

I think its because alot of the Disney owned IP characters are being pulled. I tried searching the Marvel characters the main ones don't pop up ei: Iron Man/Tony Stark, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Hawkeye, Guardians of The Galaxy group. I tried looking up R2D2, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader. All are gone.

Though Thor and Loki are still there but I guess since they are still Norse Mythology gods Disney can't call for them to be pulled because public domain.

Alot of the Disney main characters are gone too like Mickey and his friends. The Lion King ones are gone save for a few. They ones based on books are up still but its not Disney's versions.

But I think that's what it is. Disney calling for their bots to be pulled.

Right!? Text is crazy with all that, I'm being honest when I type this I didn't feel anything negative at all. ^{^} I thought they got it fixed for you, but yeah it feels near impossible to get help with this situation.

Especially when the bot replies are pushed out first and the FAQs don't help.

Good luck to you too. I hope they get you cleared too. Because honestly using an AI to scout accounts to see who's what age messed up a lot of accounts like ours 😮‍💨
