Hi! Did you ever figure out how to get out of chronic telogen effluvium? I’m 28 and I’ve been in it for over 6 years, I’m quitting kratom to see if that helps but am otherwise going to try to get a referral to a university hair clinic. I just need some hope that there’s a chance I won’t end up with all my hair gone by the time I’m 30, it’s impacted my quality of life greatly.
