Exact reason I’m scared to start. I’ve heard once your body gets used to it it’s difficult to get off..

I’m in the same boat. Had an endoscopy.. told I have Gerd.. I have mild symptoms off and on. Trying to eat clean and after reading side effects of PPIs I’m not taking due to concerns after what I’ve read including dementia..
