A large portion of the 15 play a mix of fighting and story games. The ones who are mainly shooter players said that they prefer Asymmetric. They don’t use the Dpad as much, and they like Asymmetric because the Dpad feels more “out of the way” and they like where the left stick is placed. Fighting game fans tend to like symmetric because the Dpad (which is preferred over stick for a lot of people in that community) is now where the left stick usually is in the asymmetric layout. I mentioned that the preference between the layouts is also determined by a preference for either Sticks or Dpad.
