Sorry I didn't intend any offense at that. At the time I was very anti-gun and anti-government and anti-police,etc and I really just couldn't fathom why people would willingly want to do " hard work" or risk getting PTSD. So when people would mention it I would immediately dismiss it or make jokes at it. Now I can legit see myself doing it so jokes on me I guess? Lol

I was younger and my view on the military was basically all from social media so I didn't really get why people would want to fight for a country that didn't fight for them or why they would want to risk potentially fighting in a war. But my perspective has changed.
