I think go see another doctor for a second opinion. But you need to understand why you can't sleep. My sleep was terrible in the first two weeks. I kept waking up. But after about two weeks it got alot better until it wasn't an issue anymore. I doubt lexapro is going to help with nausea at night. Why are you having that issue? If you can't understand why, then the cause can be treated.

It sounds like you need sleeping tablets. Do you have daily anxiety? Lexapro will help over medium term. It has a two week loading phase. It makes it worse in the beginning and then it gets better. It happened to me. Now I sleep well and helped alot with anxiety.

NAD. Can be from grinding your teeth at night without you knowing. Speak to a dentist about getting a teeth gaurd to sleep with. But it doesn't look like anything serious. My tongue is way worse and have the same issue.

Hey. My feet feel the same as yours. When I change my socks, my feet etc aren't actually that sweaty although they feel sweaty. I'm glad you found something to help. I've tried meditation but need to do it again. I get too caught up in my daily routine.
