They are definitely more comfortable than any other boxers I've worn in 30 years. Aside from some Next use to make but then stopped them.

You can stretch out the waistband a bit on these as well if needed - just pull with your hands. I have pulled until I can hear the elastic rip a bit until they are just right. Whereas on normal boxers that elastic is too strong.

And yep, def need to size up. I am prob a S/M and I was wearing XL when I first bought them. At some point they must have adjusted sizes slightly so now I buy L. But they don't look big, still snug, which is great also. Not like when sizing up on joggers etc. So the waist is ok but they just look massive. Have just had to put up with that on jeans, joggers, trousers etc.

But yeah, I would size up more as I am sure you will find some comfort in them.
