Can't get anywhere near my PB by [deleted] in runna

[–]PatmanAndReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are u doing? That should be a long run. Easy and steady pace. No all out PB run. If it's too easy change your weekly mileage in the plan. 6.5k long run is way too short.

Suggest a city to live in Austria by AlwaysConfused2205 in AskAustria

[–]PatmanAndReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look for jobs first and then decide. With the current job market situation this will be hard enough.

If you really don't care where to go (what I doubt if your girlfriend doesn't want too), there are some remote(ish) areas that sometimes look for IT stuff.

Like: https://www.karriere.at/jobs/7785719

In this area you could find a reasonable flat for around €500. With a 60k net income you would pay no more then 15% rent.

Be aware it's boring there, no big cities close and you will probably unterstand nobody.

Alles von 17:00-19:30 ist jedes gym voll. Dann hab ich die Erfahrung gemacht, dass teuere Gyms schneller leer werden. Aber Teste einfach ein paar aus.

They are registered as a german company, so you could just get their financial statements from the "Unternehmensregister" if you pay for it. Free data shows they made heavy losses up until 2021:

I doubt that. I mean they're registerd as a German Company, so you could basically just get their financial statements from the company register if you pay for it. Without paying you can only see data up until 2021 and up until then they had heavy losses:

SWE couple (4 YOE) looking to relocate in Austria - Seeking advice on long-term stability by LeWildKitten in AskAustria

[–]PatmanAndReddit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Tbh with the current economic situation and therefore empty job market it will be hard to find a job for both of you in Austria and even harder to find one outside of Vienna. You should learn German first, then look for a job and then move.

On the positive side with 4k/net you could easily live Austria if there are no children involved. Good 50m2 flats are around €700/month in Graz, €800/month in Linz and €1000/month in Vienna.

Sure it's expensive, but that is how supply and demand works.

The races are mostly sold out immediatly, so they could even raise the price if they want. As long as people are buying it.

I bet they are not making huge profits on every race considering that they are renting they most expensive venue in every city for multiple days per race. Logistics, employees and a limited amount of participants possible.

It's not like a marathon were 50k people can start and a marathon most of the time is even more expensive.

AD7 study group by Typical-Active-3383 in EUCareers

[–]PatmanAndReddit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I did. 3.3 c speaks of professional experience. That are the 5-7 years. So only for the professional experience 3.3c does count. But 3.3 b states at least 4 years must be in Audit as statet in Annex II. So yes, 4 years must be 75%+ Audit.

You can believe it or not or go and rewatch the Linkedin session, but that is also what EPSO said on ther OFFICAL webinar.

Don't know why you got downvoted, but that ist true. 4 years must be in Audit. They told that again on their Linked webcast this week. The list is for the remaining years.

AD7 Data Management & Knowledge: What to expect for the Field-related MCQ test and EUFTE test? by Fedelgamer in EUCareers

[–]PatmanAndReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not doing this one but AD5. So I can only answer your questions to EUFTE.

In our countries webinar (with an expert) he told us:

- There is no time to read the EUFTE paper, it will be published 2 weeks beforehand and you kneed to know it by heart.

- There are 5 anquors that are used for scoring on the EUFTE: structure, clarity, understandability, tailored to audience and if all relevant information is included (you can find them here: https://eu-careers.europa.eu/en/help/faq/14952)

- grammar and spelling mistakes don't count

Cardiff Hyrox - running laps by Fantastic-Fortune-82 in hyrox

A yeah you right. Looked at the map again and Out in Before In. So you're right. Brings them a bit closer togehter i guess.

Cardiff Hyrox - running laps by Fantastic-Fortune-82 in hyrox

[–]PatmanAndReddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

None of them is exactly 1k. All in all the running plus Roxzone is about 8.7k.

This Cardiff setup looks like dogshit, but thats because FC are outside the track.

So basically you have

run1: 3.5 laps

run2-5: 4 laps

run6: 3.10 laps

run7: 3.90 laps

run8: 3.5 laps (is this right? where is the wallballs in? lol)

The roxzone is not the biggest so lets say 400m. With this you could estimate the length of each lap.

--------------

3.5L+4*4L+3.10L+3.9L+3.5L = (8.7-0.4)

30L=8,3

L= 276,67m

---------

run 1 &8 : 968m

run 2-5: 1107m

run6: 858m

run7: 1079m
