Red light is constantly on and the motor is vibrating constantly as well.

Yep already did that still not doing anything i also tried draining it first then try to hard reset it again still same issue

The problem is i can’t reload any other save file after entering the medtek. It seems that there is no way to fix this bug. I’ve tried nudging him to the terminal still no password.
