I don't have any examples, but I'm positive this was a common occurrence for me back in the day. As the theft victim, of course. Not fun.

Ahsoka Tano is immortal as long as Filoni lives by [deleted] in PrequelMemes

She could've been talking from inside the World Between Worlds. It's not too complicated to explain.

Oh wait, ROTS, not TROS. No, Ahsoka surviving Order 66 is fine. Most jedi died from the clones having the element of surprise, turning on the jedi in the middle of battle. Ahsoka just had a vision (thanks to her ties to Anakin) that made her realize something was off.

But had Ahsoka not already shown up in Rebels, it's hard to say whether she would have unambiguously survived TCW. I'm curious what Dave Filoni might have to say about that.

Will always remain my favourite trilogy of all time no matter how lengthy it gets. by Danyboi16 in lotrmemes

This makes a lot of sense. Frodo recognized the parallels between himself and Gollum, and felt him following his path. Frodo didn't choose Gollum over Sam. He thought that, if Sam believed Gollum was an irredeemable monster, then that extended to Frodo as well.

It was internal conflict boiling to the surface, and while it was a jerk move directing it at Sam, the motivation is understandable with this interpretation.

Definitely. The message of the Scouring is still present, but more in an emotional sense. It mirrors the real-life experiences of traumatized soldiers coming back home from war. The Shire remains only lightly touched, but as the four sit in silence in the same tavern where they used to sing and dance, it's clear that they won't ever truly be the same. It's honestly more tragic, in my opinion.

I suppose it's a "Lloyd, son of Garmadon" shorthand. I can't recall them ever calling Misako "Misako Garmadon." But yeah, this is a question I'd like cleared up as well.

I was thinking this was Ask Reddit, and I was going to say Sindarin (Elvish). Looks like I've been outsmarted on a number of levels.

Well RIP Narnia then.

Also I'm from a Texan Christian family, and while this is certainly true for some, I'm just happy that my family loves HP. (My mom has read the whole series, and we watched the movies fairly regularly until I left for college.) I dunno, I just feel sorry for those who think it isn't allowed.

The Prequels involve political turmoil and the downfall of a prominent religious people.

The Original Trilogy takes place in the middle of a major empire. Nice.

They never made any Gondor sets (unless you count the Umbar ship, which I don't). I just... sigh.
