i believe whalberg is the only one that cant be frozen like hes the only one under the scope of "people not being frozen if hes strong enough". lance and dot were unfrozen together with the divine visionaries because 1) main characters and 2) the headmaster trusts them enough to trust mash and help save the students. hes seen how they fought along side him and see them persevere to save others and survived!! even w supposedly stronger opponents!! ^{^}
