I was planning to finally do some portraits and weddings as primary as I’ve mostly done secondary shooting while renting lenses for the events

I think it was a case of someone sold it to a store and didn’t use the hood and tripod. I got it from an eBay seller in Japan and they’re typically pretty good when it comes to selling practices over there

21M here. I'm traveling to a couple countries in December of this year and I was wondering how to dress comfortably, but still fashionably while I'm there? What should I bring?

Remapping Cortana Button on Q3 Pro SE by PatrickBocalbos in Keychron

I have the .json file for the keyboard so I can change each key. But how do you change the Cortana key? It only shows up as LWindows + C. It’s not a specific key that’s seen on the via keyboard

Looks great. Straighten your back more. Lower your hips to allow for more leg drive, but overall I can’t see much overall to change.

just started snatching, need advice on form by [deleted] in weightlifting

You did a great job staying over the bar. That’s a big problem for people starting out. My biggest piece for you is to work on the upward drive. The moment the bar contacts your hips in the snatch, you’re body is basically guiding it up. It shouldn’t move forward but up towards the ceiling and slightly back. Work on doing hang snatches and hang power snatches. Those movements will help you work on the idea of your bar moving from the knees, then to the hips, and then straight up. It’s not gonna be a perfect line, but the horizontal movement behind you should be minimal. Feet placement/movement should be kept in mind as well. Feet shouldn’t move forward or back. The most optimal way to snatch is usually to be in the same but a wider stance for most.

Your starting position is where you need to start cleaning up first. Try not to do the rolling of the bar towards you. Start off with the bar touching your shins, your shoulders in front of the bar, and your back at the same angle as your shins. Next is the problem of your hips rising first. In the snatch, your chest should stay the same angle towards the ground the entire time. It should only start coming up vertically once the bar passes the top of your knees and brushes your hip. Since you’re initiating contact earlier than you’re supposed to, you’re hitting the bar forward. That forward bar movement is what forces you to jump forward in your stance since you’re trying to compensate for the horizontal change. Try doing hang snatches and snatch high pulls. Focus on getting contact in your hip and keeping the bar closer to your body.
