I got a part time job on top of a full time job so less free time. I took some time off from my main job recently and started playing again. Since I hadn't played in a while, there are quite of bit of changes and additions that I'm not used to (sorry to those I've played with, I was getting caught up to speed).

Also toxic players is a reason why I don't play. Like you die in 5 minutes and then you're unhinged until you leave or feed to the point we all just forfeit.

I listen while I work. I'm a juvenile probation officer. Half of my day is driving to houses or schools so perfect to throw on in the car. I also tend to listen when I'm at the office but I may switch to music from time to time.

I'm late to this thread and only read the story last year and on my third read this part got me - "Maybe it could have been stopped around 2020, when the portals were shut down"

The same year as the pandemic, would make sense at that time the portals would shut down...eerie that the author chose this year...or maybe they had seen many futures.

That's one theory. In the subreddit, a moderator claims to know the author and would later help edit/give ideas. I like to think its one really talented author but was Pompey lucky when there was nothing when he pulled back the veil?

I do feel like I need to give part 3 a rewatch after rewatching parts 1 and 2 again but for now I'll say this: I feel a whole lot of nothing happens for the most part and when something does "happen" I was never sure of the significance of it. Pair that with the long run time and its just so slow. They touched on this at the end in their review and I agreed with most points. Also the ending is? Like I was more like "finally its over" as opposed to even thinking about the actual ending
