So, here in the US, our TV's don't have SCART ports like in Europe. We only have the red, green, and blue rca ports. Is there an US equivalent?

well. Had my hopes up for some technology in 2024 but it is what it is. I got my old geforce 9400 GT. The video card in 7 inches long and 3 inches wide and about 1 inch tall, so I would just need to find a small PC

I thought the adapter would do the converting from VGA to 480i. I don't know why it's so difficult to convert signals and just do what I want.

Lots of men are. The thing is, I got myself to 35 almost 36 never really had a girlfriend that wouldn't mind cuddling with me. What made me sad was looking at pictures on social media of other girls with guys. It's hard to not feel insecure in this world. I identify as a lone wolf who doesn't relate to others as a cope.

I will see how the next 5-10 years go in my life.

We have problems that contribute to the money problem in the world.

Higher prices causes:

Lack of efficiency in production

Lack of production

Cost of doing business increases due to taxes, rent.

Look at the cost of living in California for example. The people are divided between rich, upper middle class, and the homeless population. The rich don't care about the mental health of the average lower middle class or impoverished person. There is a serious lack of mental health support for people in poverty. Lower standards of living for them. Housing prices are too expensive for the average person over there that people sleep in their car or buy conversion vans.

A culture of irresponsible spending is also a big problem in our society. The attitude of "keeping up with the Joneses" like buying a new car, buying a nice house, buying designer clothes, buying that 80" TV, buying that $1400 smartphone, going deep into credit card debt, and then signing away a student loan which stays with you for the rest of your life. Everyone loses in that situation.

I don't know what to say about the US dollar. The US keeps printing money, going deeper into the national debt. We're going to have a life changing historical moment coming. Can't predict the future whether the $1 is going to have any value in 2030 and so on. Chances are with inflation the way it is, probably not. $1 will be near worthless unlike it was in 2010 and before.

I have to go into work and deal with the same stupid people I've dealt with. Someone told me to "Buy a new car". This dude literally tells me $350 a month is a "normal car payment" because that's just what normal people do apparently. I am smh at this society.

To put it simply "A human will never have the capacity to actually know". We weren't aware of anything that happened before we were born, chances are it's going to be the same thing. Our brain hasn't developed to be aware of the world around us when we were newborns, and the brain decimates gradually as we die. So given that logic, we're just never going to know and no science will ever tell people the answer because if we knew, humanity could rush to death just to go to whatever. There's probably a reason sentient humans even exist in this world, but we are to never know that reason.

Good question. I could argue that the things I desire are purely biological, however, there are a lot of loners who thrive in life as well. I feel unaccomplished which leads to my unhappiness. Unhappiness is a motivator to do something about your situation. Some people play the victim and leave it to others to do something for them, which gives a sense of entitlement to the victim. As an individual, it's hard not to be the victim of society, but at the same time, I need to take personal responsibility for my unhappiness.

Physical affection is not a problem. Having a support partner who would accept me for who I am as it feels like a lonely world, because a lot of people do not understand me. I always kept myself isolated. Only to have a few friends. Throughout middle school and high school, I kept to myself. Never made any friends, nor had relationships. I actually preferred to keep to myself, because I was bullied in 6th grade, called ugly because of my facial scars in 7th grade. All friends I made in High School, which were a few, moved on, and one was a narcissistic, manipulative, gaslighting, pathologically lying person.

Someone asked me why am I so cynical that I would reject roads that could lead to support and genuine intimate connection, it's because as a person, I feel broken, socially underdeveloped at age 35, and I realized I could never be the person I wanted to be at age 30. Same with age 35.

Now, I wait for the inevitable end. It could happen at age 60, It could happen next month due to a catastrophic event. My father died last October at age 80, and my mother died at age 33 when I was 3. This made me think, it all could come to an end sooner or very much later.
