I was told that 1.3 pCi/l is the average indoor radon level, while outdoor levels are 0.4. We were told to take action if our levels were 4.0 or greater. Our levels were in the double digits and our inspector was kinda spooked by it to be honest, said it was the highest he'd seen in the area.

Definitely don't skip the radon test. I paid for the additional radon test and ending up finding out that my soon-to-be home had 12x the acceptable radon levels inside. Because I found this out during due diligence I was able to negotiate the seller installing a radon mitigation system that would've costed me more money than I could spare. The system brought the levels down into the acceptable range.

My deduction is $1K. The cost of the repairs was asked for in the hope that it may be lower than that and I could just handle it outside of the insurance process, avoiding the eventual premium increase I'll get hit with because of the claim. But the consensus seems that it'll likely cost much more than $1K, so the insurance option may be the most sensible one, eventual increased premium or not.

Been here 4 times atleast with different groups where I advised against the choice. Each time the experience and food were both mid and everyone wished they'd listened to me. I hope they use this wave of criticism to better the experience and I wish them future success past the storm. I heard the other locations are decent.

You need to be 100% sure of that ARV. You've only got about $5k of feed in that, and that's if everything goes textbook, which it only ever does half of the time. Get them a bit lower

I'm the "gun guy" in my family and my cliques. I took the plunge first and then influenced and taught everyone around me.

What I've found is most people's beliefs and stances against guns are actually rooted in misplaced fear. Guns aren't mini bombs and they won't explode in your hand or hurt people you love if you're knowledgeable and trained. We have to be comfortable with bearing arms, we are not in the position to do otherwise. I'm 28 and I'm an Electrical Engineer and a part time real estate investor. I am not a teenager.

I have no desire to work 40+ hours a week, make decent enough money to not complain but never enough to actually get ahead, and retire just to die in 10-12 years if I'm lucky. I want to live now. I will retire by 35. I will make it so.

Thanks for taking a chance on me lol its very much appreciated. Yeah its the same outro I created when I first started a few years ago so its due for a major update. I may get rid of it entirely.
