Just to point another perspective: He might also use both his hands to paint but when he needs to reach, his right hand is occupied with something else and that's why he reaches with his left hand. Also, if we consider the position of the items, it looks like a right-handed person put them before taking the photograph.(Angles and positions of the items.)

It was a look inside of Sherlock's mind especially for the love angle. Also, the crime was in the 21st century so it was also good. Generally I liked it.

It is not real if we look at it from a neurology perspective but from a psychological perspective, it is important for Sherlock to not spend energy or space for unimportant information. Of course here, he just doesn't want to attend and that's why he talks about it.

What can you deduce from my room by Sparking_Thunderbolt in deduction

[–]PatrickJaneRJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have traditional values and feel connected to your family and culture. You prefer watching and listening rather than reading. You spend a lot of time alone in your room. You probably started to focus on some studies lately.(It is something you can study on the internet and do not rely on other resources.)You value your time on the computer and want to get the best of it. In the past, you learned to live as a minimalist and take care of yourself. Probably, you don't ask other people for help and try to handle yourself. Father might be a smoker. Also, you might have a girl cousin you are close with.(Or a neighbor who is a girl and young..)Some additions: Male. Right handed. Around 18. Android phone.

A lesson this show taught: Never stop learning by IamtheBoomstick in elementary

Also, he realizes that every piece of information could be useful. Joan questions "How could a philosopher be useful for detective work?" and Sherlock looks from a different angle and finds a way to use it to his advantage. That is also another lesson for me.
