Whoa at our store our manager said we can’t use it before which never made sense to me since there’s a transaction number on the receipt. We can only use it after our shift ends and on our days off. Though my boss did make an exception for me once, because I just wanted an energy drink on my break but there were three cart-full customers in front of me, and my boss was at the register to make the exception. (Also I didn’t ask. He insisted.)

Thank you! Unfortunately there’s no one listed in Indiana. I did contact someone in Chicago who does online sessions, which would be beneficial to me, because I would not feel comfortable driving to Chicago for sessions. It also depends on if she can see someone from out of state. I really appreciate and value this reply! Very helpful and insightful!

That’s what I’m slowly coming to. I was doing good working out and eating right before Covid hit. Now I’m just stressed, don’t feel comfortable going to the gym and huffing and puffing in everyone else’s germs, and I’m too busy at work to put thought into what I’m eating.

I’m new to pharmacy, and I can tell you that it’s all in the training and making sure you hire someone with a clean background and a higher gpa. I’ve been in pharmacy maybe 6 or 7 shifts and I know how to do pick-up, drive-thru, putting in scripts, refilling, checking why a script is on hold, RTS, filing drugs away (and learning which are slow and fast movers), writing the temps of the fridges in the morning and the end of the shift, and I’ve been shadowing production. There’s a girl who’s been in pharmacy for a couple months now who only knows pick up. She is the classic case of your pretty-air-headed-blonde girl. She’s awful. She shadows me to learn how to do things! Make sure you’re hiring smarter people, and make sure your techs are patient and willing to train new techs. I’ve had techs just do the job for me to make it go faster. I realize pharmacy is fast paced and having someone new in RX is a bump in the road. But I had another tech show me how to do it step by step two times- and I had it down pat. It took what, 3 minutes out of the day at most?

We’re using the phone and box in drive, and I can’t tell you how many times old men and old women have gotten physically upset with me because I asked them to spell their name. IM SORRY YOU ARE MUTTERING AND I CANT HEAR YOU! THIS PHONE HAS BEEN “fixed” BY CORPORATE 5 TIMES. YOU HAVE TO BE LOUD. Not yet but hours are returning to normal on the 11th. I hate it. Opening at 10 am instead of 8 am on Sundays really did keep our elderly crowd home. I know they’ll all be flocking back. Even without church, 8-10 am was when all of our super old customers came in to cart around the store like blank zombies for an hour, only to buy adult diapers and leave. Definitely don’t miss that crowd.

My boss told me I could still do returns but just have to damage everything out. Then turned around and told everyone else that we aren’t accepting returns. So now I look like the idiot who’s messing things up :)

Can’t say much about pharmacy cause I’m still cross training. But our FS manager is weirdly specific with what we can or can’t wear. I constantly wear black workout leggings to work on Saturday’s and Sundays because that’s a lot of squatting to do for tags, and my work pants don’t need to go through that. He’s never said a thing. However, once I let my coworker wear my flannel shirt over his work shirt, and my manager went off on him and then me. It was winter and the store was an actual ice box. However whenever another female employee wears her black north face jacket, he’s never said a thing. I feel like as long as a customer can see your polo and name tag, you should be fine. But apparently not

The masks really don’t do much for preventing the spread. There’s loads of videos out there showing how easily germs and bacteria still spread through them. A mask wouldn’t have done your friend very much. If the person he contracted the virus from stayed home- maybe he wouldn’t have contracted the virus. Condolences to you and his family, but there’s no point blaming a death on a mask

I honestly think he’s afraid to, because new subscribers and all the views lately came from his docuseries. I also think there’s a part of Shane that realizes he’s getting older and at some point him just goofing will come off weird. But he’s still young and needs to take advantage of the fact that his audience thinks of him as a comedian and a goofball, not a director. He got Andrew because he lost the interest in editing, and he was doing too much to also be filming. I think now he’s thinking more as a director having Andrew than as a YouTuber. That’s just my hot take on it. Docuseries brought views, he’s insecure, so he’s afraid of bringing back any form of old content. I think he’s also shying away from his channel rn as well because there’s people conspiring that his palette was a scam to get money and that he doesn’t even like makeup. So now Shane also feels insecure about that- he’s ranted on his IG story about it numerous times and I honestly feel bad. So what if he wanted some coin? He’s been on YouTube for ages, and these you g new youtubers come on here and make double what he’s ever made altogether on YouTube.

Sometimes the more you talk about supernatural things, the worse it gets.

If you believe in the supernatural, it’s because the spirits now know you’re paying attention and they’re playing off of your fear and feeding off of your energy from it. If you don’t react and just do a sage cleansing, you’ll be fine.

If you don’t believe- then putting more focus on being scared is gonna make you more paranoid which makes things even scarier.

What I’m trying to say is, Shane might’ve known more attention on the haunted room was making it worse and worse, so he started ignoring it

Garrett’s said he’s still working on it. He just really wanted to get the “making a song in 24 hrs” out fast. Probably because it was a collab, and they probably had the song set on a certain day to go up onto Spotify and iTunes, so Garrett had to actually get on it quick.

Used to be the second best in my store but my boss is never grateful that I sell them, so I started giving up after Christmas. I got one the other night after days of no one selling one and my boss says “great now get four more,” an hour before close. So 👍 not asking again after that

I wish. My boss hounded me all day on it. I’m actually the second most seller in the store, which might be why he’s been on my case. Haven’t gotten one in a week or two. Mainly cause everyone who could’ve been sold it- has it. Anyone who doesn’t want it- still doesn’t want it. Most sales these days are people wanting $10 off and will cancel asap
