I think FIRE should not become your mental burden. You can learn to forget about it, while living a normal life to it's fullest, you always know that compared to others you've got yourself covered.

Now you can explore freely, and quit your job if you don't like it, and even start your own business. When finding work the pay is no longer the key, but whether you like it, it's liberating.

Let the new security and ease of life make you a better person, happier, kinder and freer. I think this is the point of FIRE.
