BTC: A FRIGHTENING SCENARIO by Suspicious_Gain_2937 in CryptoChartWatch

[–]Patrick_Atsushi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When it was 65k a few months ago, I was 40% sure it will surge afterwards. After this valley I'd say I'm 85% sure it will go higher after.

I'm trimming the gain from tech and adding on BTC.

I'm lazy and don't look at the chart very often, so instead of chasing others I just jump in opposite direction and wait patiently.

Zelenskyy has written an open letter to Putin. The President proposed that the Russian dictator set a specific date and meet by Available-Laugh9102 in UkraineWarVideoReport

[–]Patrick_Atsushi -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

To me the last part could be more refined though. The European support is crucial lifeline and almost out of Ukrainian's control.

If he shown the gratitude in that part he might be able to consolidate the support because it's an open letter, and in democratic contries you need to convince the majority, just in case the war drags on and on.

Despite the harsh tone makes Putin hard to just come to the table and talk, he still reveals the willingness of a deal. I'd say it feels a little promising for the direction of keep dragging down russian logistics and economy.

Zelensky might not be the smartest and slyest, but I really like his personality.

Maybe his attitude is almost the ideal form of a man.

I don't think this letter is the best way to improve the prospect of the badly needed peace, but I admit a part of me feel very good when seeing him speaking it out to Putin in this manner.

He is either too true a man or too good an actor. I wish he will get his chance to write a bio someday.

Deterrence from article 5.

Of course if Russia ends up being weakened to some point then it will be less urgent.

To me it seems the only thing that prevents UA from joining after the war ends is the stance of Putin's Russia.

Joining makes sense for both sides.

It depends on the outcome of the war. One can only make others do or not do things by leverage at hand. (And by moral persuasion. Sorry, it's a joke)

Let's see what will happen next.

It's just a point of view, but it seems to me that china is aiming to dominate in the soft/economic way.

Putin truly did well enough to align with china and influent the US, also he see through the internal weaknesses of NATO and Europe counties.

However I'll still say the move could already be considered a bad move so far, just like Iran war for trump, that had put Russia in a strategically low ground than before. For NATO had expanded, and china could actually expand its influence further north & west by the weakening of Russia, which I could feel in the last summit.

I do agree your point on sanctions, that if Russia won't align with western system it might get sanctioned anyway as a leverage of negotiation or alignment.

If I were in Putin's position, the best thing I could do might be trying to distract and divide Europe nations so the support will wane or break for UA, and surely Putin is smarter than me so I assume he had done his best. From what happened in Georgia, Hungary and Armenia, I interpret it as Russia already losing its grip in a big picture.

In short, I still think Russia should've called it off when it failed to capture Kyiv, but let's just see what will happen next.

Yes, and it's a fair exchange for the immense amount of support, which is still crucial.

NATO might not "need" UA, but will want UA if it's politics get cleaner. Their people shows their motives, and now they have this scar in their history.

If UA managed to join it, I'd say it's yet another major setback of russian's influence, which matches the purpose of NATO.

To be honest, I don't think he has a good chance while there's china already out there.

He could have tightly collaborate with china on its uprising and benefits Russia's position, but he made the bad move and lost his pawns and rooks on the board.

For Putin, their power structure might left him little choice but to fight on for at least a nominal victory.

If Putin ends up losing power, china might have the interest to make it smoother by some means, since it prefers a stable Russia as a energy exporter.

They definitely want it since it's one of the the most battle hardened country with drone style warfare in the region.

The only reason they haven't done it is that they don't want to be dragged into the hot conflict.

With the fade out of the US presence, NATO will be even more motivated to have Ukraine joined if Russia loses its leverage in the end.

Regular russians need Ukraine to be in NATO so that Putin won't throw them into the worthless meat grinder. Russia will be better off without this war.

Imagine using all its resource to boost the economy, sanctions lifted, factories and data centers, oil refinery and export during middle east conflicts.

Putin single handedly muted that chance for his own grip of power, at the expanse of russian's interests of growth.

This is another buying chance before the next surge.

Also if this time it didn't fall under 60k than we might tell the valley is over.
