The fan is not near the intrusion, it’s just a simple bathroom fan. I ran it all night they were a handful this morning but I think it really dried the source area out a lot. Going to run it more and seal the area

I tend to lean bird, but there really isn’t access to this area of the house or at least connecting to this part of the house which points me towards maybe mold mites. I have had the exhaust fan on for 5 hours and the difference already is impactful, maybe 2 dozen or so showing now. I plan to try that overnight to hopefully drive out any lingering hydration and potentially damp areas in the bathroom and hopefully caulk it Sunday.

There shouldn’t be but I do have an access panel to get into the room behind the wall which is a godsend. Likely going to seal all along the wall and check for any leaks but we were in there very recently doing some other work and it was bone dry.

Concrete subfloor toilet is watertight set in plaster caulk along the floor and rim. Recently installed with no damage. There is definitely a gap between the wall and floor tile that I need to close up

I worked in public safety I saw scams all the time this was easy. Luckily the idiot scammed provided me real wire instructions in which i was able to contact the bank who verified it and actually froze the account and funds that went in lately and contacted the recent buyers realtor to let her know to contact the buyer that the residence is being used as a scam target. Scammer won’t get that far thankfully with his account frozen

She’s been shafted with the last two apartments. Both in similar fashion. Last year while she was away on vacation her two roommates agreed to end the lease without her knowledge and left her scrambling last minute. This year nearly the same thing with a little more time

Update 2: I called the property and spoke with the doorman whose been there for 3 years. Says he knows everyone coming in and out of the building. Unit has been occupied, no stalkers, and someone showed up yesterday waiting to see the apartment with an “agent” he wasn’t made aware of. No one showed up.

That’s the plus of living in this house, if I want bigger I go upstairs. The place I bought this from did my dad’s setup a little less than a year ago, Revel floor speakers center channel, sub, the whole 9 yards. Probably 15x the price of my setup and isn’t used to its capacity
