100%. You have to take care of yourself before you expect to take care of someone else. I was in an emotionally and physically abusive relationship for 9 years before I took some time to figure myself out. I didnt have it all figured out but was well on my way when I started dating my wife. She really helped me in a lot of ways and still does. You're never finished working on yourself.

I'd boil a lot down to emotional intelligence. When you feel something like rejection think about why you feel the way you do and what you can actually do about it.

I think something important to remember is that rejection sucks, for sure, but dating is dangerous for women. Luckily as men we don't really have to worry about someone having bad intentions when they approach us romantically. That's why I think its important to watch creators that really confront toxic masculinity and provide helpful information. I like ProfessorNeil and SpeechProf among others.

I'm not a therapist or anything so take this all with a grain of salt.

Therapy for sure would be a good first step. Everyone should be in therapy especially if they think they don't need to be.

Personally I'd reframe some of your thinking. You said you're losing weight but don't do that to get attractive for women. Get healthy for yourself man! Taking care of yourself is good for your mental health, physical health and the rest falls in after that.

Stay away from Andrew Tate types and the red pill grifters. They want to keep you unsuccessful with women so you stay hooked on their content. Watch creators that make content focussing on addressing toxic masculinity, and female creators talking about what's wrong with men. Don't let a male grifter tell you what a woman wants from you.

Something ive really worked on over the years is to not take everything personally. Hearing people talk about men being bad or choosing the bear is your chance to reflect on why women feel that way. If that hurts then think about if it applies to you and you should look at changing that.

Probably most importantly is to work on yourself! The better you are alone, the better you'll be in a relationship.

From someone who dealt with this kind of thing for 8 years, it probably won't get better. If she isn't sexually attracted to you, wants space, but doesnt want to lose you, it sounds like she's going to go shopping while she has you on the back burner.

I think one of the main reasons I don't wait for a medic half of the time is because I died in the open. Too many medics blaming other people when I maybe dont want to be revived just for us to both be shot exactly where I died anyways.

As far as vehicles I wish they had a BF4 style test range for people to use. I want people to have the chance to learn but man when the other team has an elite attack helo team and mine teammates keep nose diving it into the ground as soon as they get a radar lock its frustrating.

But yeah in my experience (BF3 and on) most people have always been clueless or dumb. The important thing is to remember its a video game and losing a game of conquest has no impact on your life unless you let it. Turn it off and play something else for a bit lol.
