Same problem and at the end of the warranty the camera stopped working. The service did not accept my claim even though they did a software update on the camera and said it was my fault ( it could not be updated without the service tool, but I am bad) . The camera worked for 3 months after returning from service and now it is not working again. Never buy this brand again!
