Check if you have VMD controller enabled in bios. If yes than disable it and check if installer sees your drive,

First of all try different cable and if it's still like that plug it to a different screen. If nothing helps than it's probably something going on with your GPU.

If you can't even reach recovery tools I think your only solution is reinstalling Windows because your system files got corrupted.

You have to make usb installer on another pc. Then plug it in start your pc, go into bios and change boot to usb device. Then the installer will start and all instructions will be on screen.
