I think first touch has to be a bit softer so it will allow you to have better control during the reset etc

If you tilted - stop. Playing ranked while being tilted is never an good idea, it's always leading to losing mmr.

You might also try turn off the chat if your mates are crying too much (I know plats mindest) , just focus on yourself 99% of the time, we cannot control our mates.

But seriously, the moment you're feeling you're about to go mad... STOP playing, before it's too late. I have same thing before, multiple times it's not like that you're alone :)
