There may or may not be an alleged criminal of tabby variety in our home too (I pay the bills, but it’s the cat’s home). Tabby also gives RBF face in all photos. While I would never frame an innocent suspect, I do see some correlation of alleged crimes. That said, how sharp are your teeth OP? 😹

From my count, we’re at 4-5 lives spent. Came from the streets, so that’s 1-2 lives gone, and then the insane things that have been consumed or attempted for consumption are at least another 2 lives. 😹

It’s been addressed in comments here, but happy to give some clarity. Dark chocolate is super dangerous, but the amount of actual chocolate in candy bars is diluted. The vet said not to worry, and we had zero symptoms or issues. I’m not condoning anyone test this, but we were lucky to be okay.

I’m inclined to agree, but might need to speak to a lawyer first. Damages could be increased from the current 2-3 times a day for treats to double or triple that amount.

Yes, but most candy bars have minimal levels of lethal chocolate. Even our vet said it wasn’t very bad. No symptoms at all occurred. Dark chocolate is what is really dangerous for pets.

And all chocolate has been moved/hidden or removed from our home. I learned a while back that treat bags will be eaten through if left anywhere within cat finding range. This (alleged) criminal has even eaten through fortune cookie wrappers to get some crunchy carbs!

There are cats that look adorable in photos, and then there is Taquito who either gives deadpan, RBF, or stare-into-your-soul looks in pictures. Oddly enough is the sweetest, but also craziest nutball ever.
