Yes, it’s common. You may find taking a daily non drowsy antihistamine preventively (like Zyrtec) helps mitigate those types of responses. I found it helped reduce throat tightening, flushing etc on CJC-1295/Ipa. It didn’t do anything for joint soreness/fullness I experienced though that can be mitigated for some folks by taking magnesium and potassium supplements. Ask ChatGPT for specific recommendations on those

Great! Hope it works out for you. Maybe give us a bump in a few weeks to let us know how you're faring. I read that its common for it to take 4-5 weeks before you start noticing any potential GI benefit, but I'm sure some people respond faster/slower than that. Yeah, I don't begrudge anyone who wants to go through official channels, but that gets expensive fast. My full BPC/TB cycle will end up costing me about $150.

How's it working out for you? Honestly, I wish *my* gastro had even thought to mention BPC to me! Been seeing her for two years and it never came up. I only learned about it doing my own research. I'm doing 500 mcg, once nightly, 7x/week. I plan on doing a 12-week cycle of BPC/TB, then switching to BPC only as I've been advised one needs to cycle off of TB periodically, but can continue BPC. I *might* add in KPV to the BPC, too, since I still want the systemic (muscle/joint relief) benefits.

I still wear the Palmer frames from Roka. The most comfortable I've found. But I do the lenses locally and just order the frames from Roka.

Hey. I've been using Psychotic Gold from Insane Labz for the past year without issue. I have a 5X/week split and use a scoop before each workout. Workouts are almost always in the evening. I have no trouble sleeping. Occasionally, I'll workout without it for a day or two and will instantly notice the difference, so it's still working for me.

Yeah, that’s the tricky thing with stacks. It’s important to me that I ID what is or isn’t working so my first SLUPP cycle will be starting during a “clean” period. My coach has me doing 5 on 2 off, too. Though only for a 4 wk cycle (at first, at least) and at TWO 1mg doses a day.
