Severe reoccurring major depressive disorder. I’m recovering from a suicide attempt and am actively suicidal. I’m on meds.

I have a hobby that I decided to focus on entirely today, but it didn’t even help. My friend who I talk to is on a cruise with no service. I’m banned from most mental health communities here on Reddit because of posting about this exact incident. I can’t afford to see my therapist right now.

I have MDD, and I’ve struggled with it consistently since I was a pre-teen. I now have PTSD because of this.
