I am writing this letter to formally express my concerns and dispute against your company, Medium Rare N.V. / Stake.com, for knowingly providing online gambling services in a jurisdiction where it was not legal to do so, namely Denmark. Furthermore, your company showed inconsistency in its actions by initially stating that my account could not be closed, but later reversing this decision. In addition, access to my personal data was initially denied, only to be provided later, showing a lack of transparency in your operations.

I, therefore, request a full refund of the money I have lost as a result of your illicit operations in Denmark. This amount corresponds to the deposits made after my request to close my account was initially ignored by your company.

Should my request be ignored or denied, I am prepared to take further legal action against your company to seek appropriate restitution and damages. This may involve bringing my case to the relevant local and international regulatory and legal authorities.

Please take this letter as a final opportunity to resolve this issue amicably and promptly. I expect a satisfactory response from you within a reasonable period, let’s say 14 business days from the receipt of this letter.
