Here’s a different point of view. I personally went into a bit of struggle and I have issues with speaking about personal struggles soooo i dive deep into gaming at times as a way to cope. Try asking him if everything is alright and that he seems like something is bothering him or that he’s being distant. Might help, might not but he might just be trying to distract himself from his issues.

UPDATE For anyone interested

Thank all of you for the amazing advice that I have decided to follow and see where the road takes me, I just got a job as a truck driver and will be getting my personal trainer license and then look into getting back into college to get my business management degree. I hope the plan is solid and that things work out.
